Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Practically sound proof. Comfortable bed but an inch or two higher and I would have needed a step ladder.
Disliked: Too high tech for us, being older people. It took us quite a while to figure out just how to turn the lights on and off. There were no instructions except how to use the coffee maker. It would have been better for us if there had been an actual menu for the available restaurants rather than having to use your phone to scan. The room temperature was a little cold for us and we found it difficult to get an ambient temperature. We turned the air conditioning off in the end as it was just too cool and draughty even when we had put the temperature to 28°c.

a Nice Place to Stay

Liked: A true 5 Star hotel. Good service, friendly and helpful staff and a wide range of dining choices. Light Railway easily accessible from the hotel & a ferry service to Circular Quay. Plenty of nice restaurants and attractions along the quayside.
Disliked: Somewhat confusing signage between the Star and the casino & residential apartments in the adjoining building
