Liked: the rooms are great the views amazing
Disliked: the rooms are starting to look a bit tired with couches fraying and looking a bit tired.>Also staff never told us that except for alcohol all in the mini bar was complimentary .

Liked: To be honest I was greatly disappointed for the price I paid. There wasn’t anything I believe was good
Disliked: We had a toilet not working for 3 hours and it took them the 2nd call to come and fix. I had to go into the casino to use the loo. They had no1 attending to the pool side and everything was dead. On a Sunday afternoon I don’t believe this is acceptable it felt dead and bad customer service. No1 at reception and the service at breakfast was rude. We felt out of place and not welcomed at all.
