Disliked: The lift system is a little confusing - even having visited the property multiple times!

Worst experience ever with Marriott...

Disliked: The room was filthy! The bed comforter had brown stains all over it, there was no fitted sheet there was only a very thin sheet over the mattress which kept coming off as I was trying to sleep. One of the sheets even had a whole in it…The entire room smelled of sewage and the bathroom door kept getting stuck. you also advertise the room as “ocean suite” but you cannot see any kind of ocean view so why am I paying $420 per night…I need some kind of refund because that experience was the worse I’ve ever encountered staying at a Marriott property.
