Liked: Location is great. The staff was great and eager to make things right.
Disliked: The first room they gave is was dark, smelly and in the alley by the dumpsters on the 1st floor. The pictures on line are deceiving. No rooms in the main building are available and all rooms are in the anex building in the alley. Rooms are old . They tried to update but unsuccessful. Headboards damaged. Furniture damaged, cracks in the ceiling, old ac/ heat units that were so loud! Bars on windows, rusty shower curtain rings. Lobby smells absolutely horrid.
