Liked: The hallways were absolutely freezing no heat at all in the halls. My significant other and I were in town due to him having to have an emergency eye surgery, and I explained to the gentleman at the front desk that so he told me the easiest route to get my partner to our room which was great, only to get him out of the car in freezing temps for that specific door not to work. I had to get him back in the car bring him back to the front and walk him down in the freezing hallways to our room. Also had our children with us the slide nor hot tub worked either that was kind of the whole purpose bringing our children with to keep them busy at the pool while my husband got his rest. That unfortunately wasn’t the case our experience was awful and we will not be returning to this hotel ever.

Disliked: Hallways were dirty, ceiling tile missing, falling, room had paint all over the carpet, looked like a 1st grader painted the walls, pool area is not what is pictured, breakfast was a few bagels and cold cereal, juice was all out. Appears that it is more of a homeless shelter than a hotel. Lots of people in the halls, dogs barking in room, parking lot not clean!

Liked: The lady in the front desk was friendly! Excellent communication!
Disliked: The hot tub not being opened but the lady did give me the choice of canceling if I wanted to.
