Liked: We liked the warm staff and the happy hour where we were able to meet other travelers.
Disliked: The fact that you charge if we stay past 10am checkout. We had to wait downstairs in the lobby for a few hours to wait for our flight to our next destination. We couldn’t leave the hotel because it was raining.

Quirky but costly.

Liked: Comfortable beds. Central location. Small extras welcomed.
Disliked: Noisy/ no tables or chairs including shared areas. No jacuzzi like advertised. Open fire in outside area never lit. Could hear people in rooms beside us.

Liked: Loved the location and complimentary item, especially the Happy hour, a very nice touch.
Disliked: I would have liked a luggage rack in the room.

Liked: The room was large and comfortable, the location was great, just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Loved the happy hour drinks - especially when the helpful staff lit the fire for us.
Disliked: The bathroom fittings felt like they had been replaced for cheaper parts and didn't work very well.
