Liked: Good size room.Great location.Concierge was top class.
Disliked: Poor water pressure in shower. We did mention this to front desk staff. No change in water pressure after apparently checked by engineer.The handles on the drawers to the dresser were dusty - had not been wiped in a while.Staff in the bar were a little sullen.

Liked: I’d like to start off by saying that staff here are amazing. From before we even got to the hotel Barry was so helpful,making dinner reservations for me and giving me tips about driving and parking in the area. My husband and I got there and from day one the door man, Chris was amazing. He knew right off the bat when we were looking for something and had answers to all of our questions. Ali, Ramy and Edina made sure my husband and I were always taken care of. The room was always stocked with everything we needed and they were even so kind to set up champagne and strawberries for my husbands birthday. Staff really make or break an establishment, we had a great experience at The Dagny and will definitely be coming back in the near future.

Liked: Had a very enjoyable stay at The Dagny, Boston. A lovely modern hotel in a great location. Didn’t sample the restaurant but there are plenty of eating places nearby.

Liked: I loved the location! We were able to walk everywhere in Boston. I also really enjoyed the Blackstone cafe in the morning, the gym and the valet parking. Excellent hotel. Will definitely stay again!
