Great stay, highly recommended

Liked: Perfect location close to downtown. Bed is amazing.
Disliked: There was some noise from the street late at night due to proximity of pubs. The winter was quite hard so it did get a bit cold in the room/harder to figure out the heating.

Liked: Dagny was a great place to spend a few days in Boston. Very comfortable, also chic, and close to the center of the city, it is a great choice for every traveller.

Comfortable and convenient stay

Liked: Good sized room with walk-in shower. Espresso coffee machine and small bar fridge were welcome additions. Staff at reception were very attentive. $10 coupons were helpful too, at the attached coffee shop. Walking distance to all major attractions. $1 oysters for happy hour at the attached bar/restaurant were a bonus!
Disliked: Only a very minor point, but we like a cup of tea first thing in the mornings, not coffee , so a kettle and tea cups / mugs would have been a worthwhile addition.

Liked: Excellent location Rooms were large Concierge and doormen were helpful and friendlyHowever we did experience some negative issues We had an issue at checkin when one of our 2 rooms was still not available at 5pm when we returned to the hotel The staff member handling this was not all helpful nor understanding that by 5 pm having travelled from Australia and hence a long flight we would appreciate access to our rooms and it was many hours after we should have been able to check in If left to her we would have had to just hang around in the bar - her words However we asked to speak to a manager who agreed it was not acceptable- hurried up housekeeping and gave us a credit for a drink while we waited So in the end it was managed better but still we shouldn’t have had to ask for the manager and the room should have been available
