I took my elderly mother to the Opera and The Curtis made it so much nicer! The room was perfect and the location was as well. Every person we saw that worked there, were nothing but nice and smiling. It was great!

The floor themes are awesome! We loved it and toured each floor to check them all out. Room was very clean and the cookie upon arrival was a nice touch. I'm glad there was a noon check-out time, because the bed was so comfortable.

Fine if you didn't need...
Liked: Adequate facilities for a meeting and in the bedrooms
Disliked: The elevators were inadequate for a meeting with a large group of people like ours.The style of decoration was beyond tacky to really cheap.

Great location, friendly staff, great...
Liked: Location was amazing. Close to downtown, ball arena and Larimer square.
Disliked: This was more of a family friendly hotel than a romantic weekend away from home. Each floor is themed, our floor was the fun and games floor. The elevator announces it every time you go on the floor. I think kids would enjoy it but for just my husband and I we thought it was kind of creepy.

Liked: Enjoyed the location and decor.
Disliked: For $$$ very dissatisfied with the service. Room service was not available for the entire evening. TVs do not work like they are described…

Liked: The location and nothing else
Disliked: The staff’s behaviour, overcharged my card ‘by mistake’ and then suggested that I didn’t understand clearly how much they were gonna charge me, and then apologised.The room was barely cleaned.Breakfast was very poor, you could only have one choice from a preset menu and one beverage, not really matching a price of 330€ per night!

Great location, fun vibe, outstanding...
Liked: Very convenient location. Centrally located and easy to get to everything we wanted to go see/do. Also liked the proximity to the Performing Arts center. Fun restaurants very close to the hotel.
Disliked: Can't honestly think of anything. It was a fun, quirky, spunky location. Maybe the only that I can think of is that the shower curtain didn't really prevent water from splashing into the bathroom. Not a big deal, but maybe a glass door would be better.
