Liked: Cosy, comfy rooms
Disliked: Service in Cultra Inn was poor, seated and no drink order taken, waited 15 mins for anyone to come back. Food was average for the price. Food left down and waiter walked off, did not ask if we needed anything else. We had to go and look for waitress to ask for vinegar/ketchup. Would expect breakfast to be included for the price of the rooms.

Liked: The atmosphere was really nice, and the staff knew their job well. We were very delighted with the pool area. Also te TV channels were vast.
Disliked: The Cultra Inn food was not up to the same standards of the hotel itself.

Disliked: The room wasn’t very clean, broken window that didn’t close, no privacy or protection of goods. Stayed NYE and wasn’t informed of food closing early etc told them about window and not much said. Very disappointed
