Luxury feel and very relaxing

Liked: Beautiful hotel, classic feel to the place with modern amenities. It’s very comfortable, clean and well staffed
Disliked: Nothing, other then maybe a couple more beds or seating areas in the Spa but it’s not a deal breaker

Exceptional - 5.0 out of 5

Exceptional

Liked: The gym was the best appointed hotel or spa gym I have encountered thus far (if a little warm). All staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. The pillows were weighty and comfortable.
Disliked: As a business traveller I wasn't available for the peak hours of the spa, so I missed out on a massage.

Great hotel and view, would...

Liked: Amazing location and view, the pool area is great, the bar with log fire was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Very quiet and restaurant only open at weekend in the winter. Not their fault of course but means you have to go out.

Beautiful locations

Liked: The location was lovely overlooking the Belfast lough
Disliked: The property was fine it was the seating area no where to seat for paying guest as all booked for afternoon tea , the breakfast could be better even though by 9.00 am a lot of fruit salad yogurt were empty had to ask staff to replenish as shouldn’t have to do .

Liked: Decor and comfort - would really like to know who did the orange cushions in bedroom 705 to see if I could get one or two of them
Disliked: Staff were pleasant but may require more training

Wonderful staff and location -...

Liked: Fantastic hotel and the staff were absolutely lovely and very attentive. Our only gripe is the room we were put into - we were put into room 502 which is a disability access room. Not sure why as neither of us are disabled or requested this. The main downside to this was that we had no bath. My wife was really looking forward to having a nice bath so this put a bit of a dampener on things. There was also a strange dripping noise behind our tv for a lot of the night. Everything else was great however - the spa was lovely and the food down at the Cultra Inn was great as well. All in all, great location and staff but just a bit let down by the room.
