Night away from kids, was...

Liked: The room was amazing, very clean. The shower and bath were amazing, a really great room. Very very close to Blenheim palace, food was great.

Lovey room. Wonderful staff

Liked: Very good sized room with excellent decor. Nice to have bath robes too.Staff checked us in early on request.Staff checked to see we were happy with the tea and coffee offered in the room. Staff very flexible on breakfast which was excellent
Disliked: We did stay on New Year’s Eve so I guess the noisy bar below was to be expected.Windows have sound proofing but I get hot at night so had to have them open. Perhaps air con would have been nice to keep the outside noise down

We had a nice stay,...

Liked: The large bedroom and bathroom
Disliked: Our room was not cleaned on our second day, the bed sheets had been pulled up and towels placed on the heated towel rail but the coffee, cups, water had not been replaced and the bin was not emptied. It all seemed a muddle. The breakfast was cold and took an hour so we skipped the next 2 days. The staff need guidance and to look after guests staying rather than walk-ins.
