Liked: Staff very friendly, excellent breakfast very tasty. Room quiet and very comfortable bed. Very good value for money.
Disliked: Air conditioning unit for heat difficult to operate and eventually was lovely and warm with help from reception. Maybe instructions in the room would help.

Liked: Loved the traditional English Embience the Hotel created and the access to many country pubs and restaurants.

Disliked: The bed was lumpy, extremely soft and uneven, I felt like I was sleeping on a slight gradient, the flooring was also uneven which explains the bed. The place is extremely run down and could do with renovation. Cleanliness and staff was very good though

Liked: I am a regular guest in the Crown and the service is always excellent. Fantastic breakfast and super service.
Disliked: WIfi in the room was not very good and the room I had was really tiny but had all the necessary equipment.
