Amazing hotel in a brilliant...

Liked: Lovely hotel right on the high street so it was an amazing location. Great service from the beginning, we had our room upgraded to a deluxe which was a big room including a bathtub in the bedroom. Breakfast the next day was really good and we were given a late check out too. Can't fault it and will definitely be back!
Disliked: Nothing, it was all above expectations.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, and overall a memorable stay

Avoid room 10 if you...

Liked: Lots of character and clean
Disliked: Room 10 is directly next to the exterior spotlights which illuminate the pub sign outside, and this resulted in our room being lit up all night (despite having two blinds). As a result, no sleep. Don’t understand why the exterior lights are not switched off at closing time.
