Liked: Easy access, easy to find, comfortableLoved the water pressure in the shower!
Disliked: The water pressure in bathroom is so good, the tap water came over basin edge and wet floor.Tiles very slippery when wet in bathroom.

Liked: Really enjoyed our stay at The Crown Hotel. The room size was great and the location was excellent as it was close to many of the restaurants along the wharf. The fact that it was a 7-8 min drive from central Napier really did not matter at all.

Liked: Facilities were spot on, and the cleaners were lovely.
Disliked: The worse part of our stay was the receptionist Perez, who completed our booking. He had the worst customer service we have ever experienced. When originally booking I called to request if we could make payment prior to arrival, this seemed like it was very inconvenient to him. When checking in, he was obnoxious and rude and even when speaking to his staff member he proceeded with his abrupt and arrogant attitude. The facilities were great and the rest of the staff we encountered were amazing, but Perez left a shockingly foul taste to the start of our holiday and we will not be going back here, nor will we suggest this hotel to any of our friends/family, purely because of Perez and his awful manner and lack of rapport. the first point of contact for guests should be one of pleasantries especially when paying almost $800 for a two night stay. Poor form from Perez who ought to seek some proper training in the art of customer service. A Very disappointing attitude to have to bear witness to.
