Liked: We booked one room studio and it was way above our expectations. The cleanliness, the furniture, appliances everything was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
Disliked: The staff. First they were unclear around check in despite I called them ahead of time. I arrived around close to midnight, I called and someone from after hour picked up the call and put me on infinite hold, I was with my family in car, the guy took every possible detail of me but with no clear direction that what he is going to do with it. Anyway, someone show up after all that, he was an elderly kind person, he checked us in. This all took 30 minutes to get into room.We were traveling from last 7 days so my son was little slow next morning so I request for late checkout but the lady at the checkout was super rude and request to leave at notified time. Anyway we speed things up and then checkout time happen, I was in toilet and someone start banging the door to leave the room, phone start ringing, room service also sneaked in to see what's going on. We took extra 15 minutes( as i lost my ring in luggage)after 11am and then made our way to checkout.We asked couple of question about napier weather and sight seeing but the staff was in ignore mode and wanted to end the conversation. I mean c'mon..

Relaxing, welcoming, so comfortable, felt...

Liked: The room was amazing, the balcony and view were fabulous. Daughter loved the spa bath, shower was excellent too, the place was spotless (and I am a fussy one LOL) and every member of staff I spoke to was friendly and accommodating. The beds and pillows were the best too. i cannot fault this place!
Disliked: It was all perfect.
