Liked: The bar & restaurant was exceptional food is amazing with a varied menu. Hat off to the chef/s food was very tasty. Staff in the bistro are also very pleasant and friendly.The view from the room is fantastic and a nice touch from the property providing a telescope & binoculars.
Disliked: The bed frame has seen better days and looked really tatty, also the mattress was so uncomfortable and needs replacing.The room also in need of a little maintenance, wardrobe door and cupboard hinges fixing for example.The bathroom window latches are hanging on by a thread and could also do with some privacy blinds on the windows.

Liked: Just excellent. A warm welcome, the restaurant is cosy and warm. The food absolutely great and very fair priced. Staff is friendly and pro-active. The room is just like homecoming! It really is a very pleasant surprise. Never experienced such an amazing value for money. All I needed after a long long drive. Thank you!
