A very pleasant stay ,...

Liked: Excellent location , room very comfortable .
Disliked: Car Park was treacherous , no attempt by hotel to put any salt or grit down for customer safety .

Pleasant

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: We left a note for special request but did not receive this. The bathroom also had strong sulphuric egg smell to it, and the bathroom drains kept gurgling all night.

We thought it was good...

Liked: The room was very big and felt very grand. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and gave directions to other parking facilities as the car park was full outside the hotel. We actually got it for cheaper elsewhere.
Disliked: There was no heating in the bathroom and the side of the bath looked rotten at the bottom

A friendly relaxed hotel

Liked: The price was exceptional value. The very relaxed and unstuffy hotel that catered for everyone.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like.
