Liked: We loved our room and our stay in general.The rooms was big and comfortable.We had a TV, Nespresso machine, games. It just surpassed our expectations.The breakfast was really lovely too and all the staff were super inviting.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay in...

Liked: This was a really good find and a very enjoyable and comfortable overnight stay. The breakfast was generous and the evening meal excellent. From our arrival it was obviously a customer focussed hotel. All staff from the main reception to the superb restaurant team and the humorous cleaning staff made us feel like valued customers and very welcome. We will definitely visit again if in the area and have no hesitation recommending to family and friends.

Bit of a Naomi Campbell....

Liked: Food quality was good. Pool and hot tub was nice. Location great for exploring and parking was good.
Disliked: Pool and hot tub were too hot. Staff were rude and quite unhelpful. Asked if the food items on the continental section and fruit juice would be replenished. Table booked for 09:30 and we arrived on time. Was told there were no more pastries or breads left but she'll get us some juice. Refilled the juice but didn't tell us. Our order was brought out but was wrong and the staff had a poor attitude throughout. Only apologising when they overheard us discussing the rude service and lack of apology. Room had cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and the bathroom wasn't very clean. Beds were very small and uncomfortable. Lots of banging doors from around us and the floor below. No sockets near the beds. Rubber duck filled with someone else's bath water and the bath and bath mat were grubby
