Lovely place to stay

Liked: Excellent room and amazing breakfast. Really lovely and welcoming staff and such a nice courtyard area between the pub and hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Disliked: The decor felt a little tired and the main reception a little cluttered

Great value stay in Abingdon…...

Liked: Breakfast great but you do have to offer everything including juice! Hotel is more like an inn, very quirky, vintage feel but v charming. Personally I didn’t like the Paine coming off the walls but was probably ‘shabby chic’ look! Room absolutely spotless… lovely tray of teas and coffees water biscuits all replenished daily … housekeeping v prompt and thorough! The place runs a lovely restaurant just across way which served superb food. Location superb literally just off shopping street…We would definitely return and that’s the best compliment
Disliked: Yes definitely the scraped paint in tnr room just not nice and stairs and corridor looked a bit scruffy but room was superb then.

Disliked: The Honeymoon suite is starting to look a bit tatty and need some TLC. Aircon also did not work
