Liked: Wonderful breakfast, cosy bed and welcoming staff.
Disliked: A bit expensive for the location but the comfort was worth it.

Liked: It was wonderfully christmassy. The bathroom was fabulous. The bed very comfy.

Liked: I just loved the ambience and the aesthetic… so many lovely surprises like the toiletries, huge bath sheets of a wonderful fluffy quality, the size of our room and the fact it had a full length mirror - the provision of robes and a lighted cosmetic mirror - all exceeded my expectations
Disliked: The only niggle was that the lighting was inadequate- no central light in the room and all of the lamps having black shades meant it was difficult to see whilst getting ready for our event . Having an additional free standing directional lamp would be good. But as everything else was so lovely this was a minor point

Disliked: Lots of stairs if you have a big case-definitely an overnight bag is easier!

Liked: Bedrooms have character, generous sizes. Four poster bed is nice novelty, breakfast always delicious with plenty of options to choose from and good vegetarian and vegan options.
Disliked: Fault with room key meant having to go up and down the stairs between room and reception circa 5 times to get it checked/reprogrammed before it would work. Appreciate these things happen, though and didn't spoil the experience..
