Disliked: The hotel was closing down. They didn’t have much food left for dinner or breakfast. We checked out 1 night early and were told we we would be refunded. After trying to contact them several times, we still have not received a refund. Booking were also unable to help us.

Disgusting and ruin my whole...

Liked: I didn’t like this property at all we arrived and they was closing the whole place down the next day so they was no food or and drinks in the bar. They had slugs and mold in the bathroom

Disappointing facilities and room cleanliness

Liked: Breakfast choice was limited due to the Cross Scythes Closing down. Not much to commend the place really.
Disliked: Shower needed a good Clean. The Room was tired. No tea bags in the room, no toilet rolls and an empty roll still on the holder. During breakfast staff where hovering around our table and where the buffet breakfast items where laid out. Balcony had old glasses on the table. Exceptionally overpriced for poor facilities.
