Liked: Excellent location, close to practically everything of interest in the entertainment center of Las Vegas. The customer service was exceptional, beyond what I could have expected.
Disliked: I really don't remember anything that bothered me; they made me feel great wherever I was in the hotel!

Disliked: The room was really dirty. With mold stains on the shower ceiling and no fan in the bathroom at all. The room was very dusty and dirty walls. The hairdryer didn't work at all, room service was called, and they replaced it.

Disliked: Dark room, even with the limited lights on. No bedside lights - so had to turn off the overhead light at the door and make my way to the bed in the dark. Coffee maker but no coffee for it.
