Disliked: The rooms were outdated and items weren’t cleaned properly and some things didn’t work (i.e. electrical outlets and tv). Customer service was subpar and no offer of accommodations for the inconvenience.

Elegant and upscale feel while...

Liked: I loved the proximity to the strip, the layout of my room, the white noise machine and the decor. The casino area and Bound bar was super cool.
Disliked: No access to a diner or casual breakfast that is sit down and not in the site line of the smoky casino. Had to go to Flamingo. Would be nice if Giada could serve breakfast and not just brunch two days a week.
