Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: We had to wait approximately 20 minutes in the hall way because the key card wasn’t programmed correctly.

Enjoyed the hotel only compaint...

Disliked: The valet parking was all we were offered and it was 45 per night!!!

Liked: The staff was exceptional every time I interacted with them. Amazingly located right next to the Alamo!

Liked: Location, very close to the riverwalk and other attractions.
Disliked: Staff was horrendous!! So demeaning, and rude. Especially the old guy in the front desk.
