The reservation was unpleasant and...

Liked: The location is great since it’s close to the Alamo and the river walk.
Disliked: The service was frustrating. I booked three night stay via booking.com but the hotel couldn’t find it. even though I got the confirmation email from the hotel. So we ended up just stayed one night . Even I called the customer service in the midnight, in the morning of the other day , the front desk staff still couldn’t find it. And charged us more if we wanted to book the other two nights. We’ve spent the whole morning to deal with it , purely waste our time. And we ended up go to the Manger hotel (just besides the crocket) for the other two nights My partner also booked in the booking.com and the Manger hotel could see the record after 20 mins. So I have no idea why the crocket could not see my booking record, which is disappointing.
