perfect little getaway

Liked: the rooms were clean and felt fresh, the location was perfect for walking to any of the local restaurants and pubs, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful!
Disliked: alas I am not a fan of a fluffy soft feather-pillow type pillow, and would have appreciated a firmer pillow, but that’s easily fixed by bringing my own next time!

Disliked: Grout in bathroom tiles needs to be fixed. There are many gaps. Otherwise our room was spotless. The heating unit is quite noisy.

Liked: Employees were kind, friendly, helpful. The room was very clean. The hotel has great location, the main street.
Disliked: We got a bad experience with dinner, below my expectations: meat. But it's for my taste, my problem. Very noisy AC (on night time).

The Crimson exceeded our expectations,...

Liked: We were impressed with the rooms (two-adjoining) and the buildings' facilities. We knew the building itself was not new, but the renovations were excellent, brining the hotel up to today's acceptable standards.
Disliked: Parking was tight.Rates we paid through Booking for one room were considerably higher than what we paid for the identical adjoining room which we booked directly through the hotel.
