Liked: Lovely hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming room was very comfortable had such a lovely time

Liked: Great location, large garden and terraces with sea views. Comfortable stylish sea view room with super size bed. Cosy lounge. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Looks like the perfect party/wedding venue
Disliked: Bathroom rather compact for size of room. Not real butter served at breakfast

Disliked: I was in the single room at the end of the property where my near perfect situation was spoilt by the noise of heater/boilers firing up every 10 minutes - sleep disrupted

Liked: Excellent location and views . Staff were very accommodating and polite. Food was also excellent .

The venue is lovely and...

Liked: Loved the room which had a lovely view of the sea .The restaurant and had folding doors tha led out onto a nice terrace tha also had nice views of whitstable and the sea.
Disliked: The evening menu looked good but one of the meals was returned as the triple cooked potatoes was not cooked on the inside and the rib eye steak was too tough to eat).The breakfast menu was nice but again there was a hair in the butter.Staff were very nice and responded positively to the issuers raised.
