Great choice for my first...

Liked: Great place, friendly, good breakfast options. Good advice on where to shop in the area. Excellent location very close to everything fun and practical.
Disliked: I didn't receive answers to my questions a couple of times - emails were not replied to. And the time for breakfast was not clear.

warm and clean

Liked: The breakfast was ok Paula worked hard in the kitchen we where in the attic so our room was really small it was clean and everything you needed was there but very small and three sets of stairs boohoo but having said that the room was warm and it was new year so busy The little bar was closed witch i thought was an opportunity missed but she will have her reasons we never met her fella so can't comment on him overall ok
Disliked: typical Blackpool i am always disappointed when i stay here and somehow always end up in the attic money must be hard to come by as they all feel a bit worn and the area outside is crying out for help shame because they are lovely people and work very hard for what they get.

Relaxing and stress free

Liked: The hosts were excellent and very accommodating. The hotel is very clean and everything was provided that was needed. The breakfast was very tasty and was provided very quickly. We will definitely be staying here again
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Liked: The management were always friendly when spoken too, nothing too big if you needed anything. I were with friends who stopped at a different hotel, but it wasn't far to walk to meet them.

Gem of a hotel.

Liked: The Hotel was the boarding house sort of place but not old fashioned at all, everything was clean and well maintained and the décor is modern. the location couldn't be better, only a five minute walk from the tower or prom.the owner was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Can't think of anything. Everything went as well as I could have hoped.

Liked: We had a great holiday, the B&B was in the perfect location - only taking 5 mins to walk to the tower.Despite being so close to the centre, the B&B was so quiet not disturbed at all and if the noise of the seagulls in the morning were to bother you then there are earplugs supplied.Paula was very friendly and helpful. She also made a lovely full English breakfast each morning, although other options were available on the menu.Lovely selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and juice also available too.The room was very comfortable and clean. The little touches of bottles of water in the fridge made all the difference after a long journey.Will definitely be back to stay soon!!
