Liked: Well placed, wonderful views, friendly helpful staff, great food and beer.
Disliked: As per last year’s review - coving missing on shelving unit opposite fire in main dining room, stair carpet badly worn and in need of replacement.

If you want Ikley Moor...

Liked: We've stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are lovely, the staff are extremely friendly and the food is excellent...... and then there's the views. If you want location then this is it, with no real competition in the area.
Disliked: The staircase to the rooms is quite small. The staff will carry your bags up or you can bring them in thriving the side entrance once you've checked in.
