Great location and lovely staff

Liked: Great location for walking and we could eat there as well in the evening. The staff were very friendly and the food was great. My standard room was spacious and clean. It was quiet once the pub closed just after 10pm.
Disliked: My room was a bit cold (in the winter) but they gave me a heater. The car park does get full at busy times.

A cosy pub with roaring...

Liked: We dined at the pub and was seated next to a lovely fire. All staff were friendly, we had a lovely waitress called Rachel and she was very efficient.
Disliked: The shower could have been better, nice hot water however the pressure was very low

Disliked: Request minimum stairs but was put up two flights, would have liked a window only had skylight and needed to be 7 foot tall to open for fresh air
