The hotel staff were great!...

Liked: Wonderful staff. Nice courtyard.
Disliked: Bed was not very comfortable.

I’m very disappointed $260+ not...

Liked: I come here every 2 weeks it’s my favorite place to come.
Disliked: I’ve never paid as much as i did this time just to be put in a room next to the laundry room. All night i heard banging and the door opening and closing. I Came for rest before work from out of town and was woken up my laundry room noises.

Liked: When I went into the room I saw it was very clean. The staff were also very friendly and helped me with finding my room. The food was also surprisingly good!
Disliked: The area around the hotel at night is a bit weary. Other than that, it was good!

I would definitely book again

Liked: The location was nice, a lot of stores and restaurants within a walking distance. It was beautiful and clean. The pool area was stunning, especially at night time.
Disliked: the bed was a big noisy when moving around on it

Liked: My colleagues and I stayed at the Cove Hotel as we were attending a conference at the Long Beach Convention Centre. The rooms were clean & comfortable and the staff was very friendly & helpful! About a 10 minute uber drive from the hotel to the convention centre.
Disliked: N/A
