Liked: The room was very nice, very clean, very comfortable and had a super view over the lake. The bed was very comfortable.The staff were helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: I missed having a lounge area downstairs to sit in.

Beautiful place with really comfy...

Liked: The beds--the most comfy beds in town with nice linens. The new person at reception (?Nicole) is a breath of fresh air. Lorinda who I sometimes see at reception is friendly and very helpful, going above her duty.
Disliked: Breakfast is very basic: can provide better quality products such as better bread. I miss the Acca Kappa products that they used to offer. The current products offered is over-fragranced that I find off-putting.In previous visits I am greeted (if there is even any greeting) by dour people without a smile. I am struggling to bring my suitcase up some steps and a hotel employee, instead of maybe helping, just showed his impatience and rushed by me as soon as I moved to the side to allow him to pass.

Disliked: At first they were allocating us at basement room, Then we spent littel time on arguing for lake view room as we already gave preference on booking.com. Then that front desk person spent littel more time to discuss with supervisor after that they allocate us 2nd floor room. Which one as well doesn't have any lake view.

Liked: Excellent coffee. Perfect dining room with the view. Food was well prepared, just the right amount of variety. Comfortable
Disliked: Need some teaspoon. Had only soup spoons. Hot food could be a bit hotter but that is only my perfence
