Liked: I was quite disappointed with the breakfast at this hotel. I expected more variety and better quality. The selection was very limited, with only a few basic items available—definitely not up to the standard I’ve experienced at other hotels in the same category. It felt more like a budget hotel breakfast than what you’d expect from high review hotel. I hope they improve this in the future.

Nice hotel big rooms comfy...

Liked: Great view big rooms
Disliked: Room 3708 wad cold and could not adjust the heat. The hot water was warm but not hot. Advised the front desk but nothing happened.

A unique building and comfortable...

Liked: Loved the unique property, and the tasteful touches to the history of the building. The room was large, decorated well and very comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was basic, but fine. Check-in took around 30 minutes. Cannot use the luggage trolley outside of the building due to accessibility issues.

Good location and well appointed...

Liked: Hot breakfast was a bonus. Coffee good.
Disliked: Fruit selection was old and stale. Brown bananas and mealy apples.

Liked: I love the history, it’s super interesting. The decor completely suits the building. It was warm, comfortable and attractive. The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: It was all good.
