Liked: Nothing as we were unable to access our room
Disliked: We arrived for a late booking and could not access the door, when we went through the back door no staff were anywhere to be seen and we had to leave and stay elsewhere whilst the money had been taken for the booking, complaint was made but no response given

Ok for the odd night...

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Self checkin process, especially if it is dark, is difficult. Complete lack of staff a little disconcerting. The free parking is not a feature of the hotel, all the town is free to park you just have to find somewhere. The whole building is a bit scruffy. Premium price for a low end place!

Liked: Room was very clean. Bedding & towels were fresh.
Disliked: I hadn't realised that there would be no staff within the hotel when I was there. Checking in as a single female I didn't like that. I found it hard to trust the door locking itself at night as I was there alone.

Unhelpful management though good location.

Liked: Central location and off street parking. Decent shower.
Disliked: No fridge or microwave in room, a big down side in a self catering property. Room only cleaned if card displayed. I forgot one morning but phoned to ask for the room to be made up. I was told I would be charged extra in spite of having paid for 7 nights in advance. Even then the room wasn’t cleaned. Car park spaces need to be properly marked out.

Liked: The owner is the nicest person ever. He came out very late to help us due to no cell service. He went out of his way to help us and the place is lovely and very clean. I recommend the County Hotel with a 10+ rating!
Disliked: We had no problems at all!
