Disliked: everything- the noise pollution is so excessive it shakes the beds, it actually feels like your in the nightclub. the heat in the room is unbearable and not one of us has slept, we have a child in the room. there was also a tampon behind the drawers

Liked: the staff were so amazing and accommodating I absolutely loved the room we were in
Disliked: nothing

Acceptable if trains cancelled but...

Liked: Central to trains station and plenty options for food
Disliked: Upon entering the room there was a strong smell of acetone so couldn't stay in there. Got a smaller room on the 3rd floor which was OK. The next morning the reception already knew about the acetone smell but thought it was OK to put a 9 week old baby in it. Which angered my partner

Liked: Stayed here a few weeks ago and gave an excellent review, stayed again recently, not quite as good as last time.Location is brilliant, lots of nearby places to eat or drink.
Disliked: Was woke up at 7 am by, I think it was a dray delivery that went on for 3/4 of an hour.The toilet and shower are separate to the wash basin, which is in the bedroom.

Liked: It was very central and close to the train station. Also has its own carpark around the back of the hotel.
Disliked: Entrance a little run down. Glass door panel missing.

Disliked: I had a room facing the Main Street above a nail salon and the smell of their shop was very strong
