Disliked: The bed felt like i was sleeping on fred flinstones bed!!! Was rock hard me and my mum didn't have the best of nights sleep! And just a heads up the small breakfast fridge needs defrosted as I noticed there is a built up of ice and the yogurts and milk were warm but other than that a perfect stay Kelly donaghie

Super, Value Hotel!

Liked: Very good value town centre hotel. It isn’t the Ritz but it’s clean, located centrally, got parking, got friendly staff and our go to accommodation in Haverfordwest.
Disliked: Bit noisy outside but it is the centre of town

Disliked: Very tiny room( not like the pictures), and very bad lighting in the room. Noise and music from the resturant are heard from the room. Staff was very rude. I informed them when I checked in that I probably will extend the stay for another night, and they told my that its fine and that I should confirm this in the next morning. When I went to extend the stay they told me that my room is booked and that I have to get out before 11 am and change to another much more expensive room or check out. When I tried to discuss with them they were very rude and they refused to even give me time to pack my stuff. NOT recommended

Disliked: Slightly disappointing that there was no food and the bar closed early but accept as it’s out of season

Exceptional

Good location, good value.

Liked: Excellent location close to train and bus stations and a short walk to the town centre. The room was fine with tea and coffee making and excellent en suite shower unit. The beds were comfortable. There were stairs up to the rooms but the steps were shallow and easy going. Although near a main road there was little traffic noise and very quiet at night. A good breakfast and good value. A Pleasant bar open every day.
