Would definitely stay there again :) Recommending to friends and family already.

Liked: Staff were extremely pleasant and friendly; room was clean and tidy and the bed was very, very comfortable - best sleep we have had in a long time. Breakfast was delicious.

Liked: Excellent value for money. If you travel for work and you are only going to be in ther room to sleep and have a shower, this is the perfect place. If you need 5 star conditions, you are not going to get it at these prices!!!!

Liked: Nice size room and big bathroom! Had everything we needed. Easy to find and reasonable parking charge!
Disliked: Bed quilts are a bit light, would be nice to have slightly warmer ones!

Liked: Working in the hotel industry I’m always somewhat apprehensive of somewhere that is SUCH good value for money but I have never received a warmer welcome at any hotel I’ve stayed in! It was a pleasant surprise and I will most definitely be returning when I am in Nottingham again!Thank you all!

Disliked: Room was totally different as compared to shown pictures while booking.Mould everywhere in the bathroom.Room was not enough for 2 people.

Disliked: Apon arrival we were asked our nationality before we were given any keys, owner then informed us we were "British and proud" then made a derogatory comment about some Indian guests he had staying recently. Hotel was really dirty, stains on walls and rubbish found around bins in room. Mattress was uncomfortable but not awful. Constant banging and noises through the night made it hard to sleep, however the rooms were warm. Room smelt like cigarettes and windows didn't close properly, towel was dumped on floor in bathroom and not on bed/rail. Also had to pull bed half a foot into room to access plug to charge phone.

Liked: My room had no curtains in, the reception room was scruffy with buckets of flood water and damp peeling paint all over. No food, small towels and I had to ring twice in the middle of the night at 4am about the noise from the room below. Nothing done by staff until I had to stamp on the floor at 4.30. I'm really unhappy about my stay here.
