Liked: Booked a fountain view room and staff were super friendly to accommodate to get a high floor. Having a balcony to view the whole strip was amazing. Didn't have to go anywhere to see the Bellagio fountain shows!

Liked: Modern, clean, location perfect. Room service attentive and fast so food was delivered as fresh as possible. Check in service was prompt and early which was great after a long haul flight.

Many positives but mixed experience...

Liked: Great location right in the middle of the strip, bellagio view balconies amazing if you can get them. I booked a terrace suite and room was really nice. Easy to find your way around compared to most vegas hotels and good restaurants.
Disliked: Had a serious incident while travelling and needed assistance from the hotel. Security said they didn’t know anything and couldn’t help. Turns out they had the information all along but no one was willing / bothered to look it up. Caused a lot of distress for me and my family. Staff don’t seem to communicate very well, was given mixed information between concierge / bell desk about the arrival of lost luggage.
