Disliked: I had a lot of bags in this transit through vegas, I found the staff to support with bags pretty rude on both arrival and leaving, not what I’ve seen in other hotels

Liked: The staff at check in was awesome. The in room service dinning staff exceptionally awesome. The engineer who fixed the light switch was awesome and was knowledgeable of info. So because of them we would be back
Disliked: When I booked I put a note in asking first something special in the room. It said it could be done. No one contacted me. I did not know I had to contact concierge after I had already asked . So it was not done. I then asked for a microwave. To be in room. It was not until I asked. The light fixture was broke. I called someone for that. The outside cushions were soak wet. I waiting no one came to replace. The Henry’s greeter was not friendly.

Liked: The room was very nice, especially the balcony with a view of the bellagio fountain and the sphere.
Disliked: There were food leftovers in the fridge. Gross!!!

Disliked: One of the two pools was closed and we were not told about it beforehand. The pool that was open closes at 5 or 6 pm.For the money you pay you'd expect more. Definitely not worth the price.
