Disliked: I recently stayed at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas, and overall, the hotel's facilities were quite average. However, the check-in and check-out process was time-consuming, particularly when storing luggage, as there were no seats available, causing long waiting times. Additionally, I'm unsure if it was a mistake, but a deposit of $524 was charged twice.The primary reason for sharing this review is because of a terrible experience I had. After checking out, we stored our luggage until our flight. Our suitcase was in perfect condition when we left it at the hotel, as we had no issues bringing it to storage. However, when it was time to collect our luggage and head to the airport, we found that one of the suitcase wheels was broken. The manager who addressed the issue attempted to claim that the suitcase was already damaged, even though we found the broken wheel in the luggage storage area. Despite this evidence, they blamed the suitcase manufacturer and offered no compensation, not even an apology.It's highly disappointing and unprofessional that the hotel seemed to exploit the fact that we were pressed for time with our flight, only focusing on denying responsibility rather than addressing the issue appropriately.

Liked: The location is outstanding.
Disliked: I left clothes in my room which of course was totally my mistake. I contacted lost property and explained the "exact" location in the room that I left them. This was within 24 hours of departing. They said they couldn't find them which really disappointed me. Probably enough not to return to the Hotel in the future.
