Disliked: Value for money across the board. Not even a coffee maker, no glasses, no curlery etc all at huge charges. Room service nad selection and not bery good and totally overpriced! This all in a 1.000 a night room! US service seems to get worse and worse by the day!

Poor soundproofing, bad staffing coordination...

Disliked: if you're in the boulevard tower, there is no sufficient soundproofing to block the street noise from the strip. the noises can continue until late night (like 3am). i asked the front desk for a pair of earplugs, which they said they could provide via the guest services. i called the guest services, they said they'd put in a request. well, the earplugs never came. when i called to ask, they said there's nothing they could do because they could only put in the request, and there was no way to check with the housekeeping staff. this lack of coordination was frustrating because they basically put that responsibility on the guests (me). i would've been fine if they just told me they couldn't get them for me; it's just the lack of basic communication that i was very disappointed by.

Liked: Brilliant location, the Hotel is so cool and such a good atmosphere. We visited from the UK and absolutely loved it. So many hidden bars and not so hidden pizza restaurants.
Disliked: Massive Queues at Check in but its Vegas and to be expected and the 'hidden' pizza restaurant queue is about 45 minutes every night.
