Liked: The convenience to beach access, the neighborhood food spots, the quiet streets. The beach food service was a nice plus and the food was very good and reasonably priced. Drinks on the beach from a great bar.Also appreciated the access to EV charging at the hotel.
Disliked: Parking is cramped and there is no street parking in this area.

Liked: Private beach was really neat. Suite was big enough for family with two kids.
Disliked: Kitchenette and AC are old and not properly maintained. Staff forgot to place linen for the sofa bed in the room.

Decent beach motel on cape...

Liked: The room was very clean and spacious for me, my husband and our two young boys (age 4 and 5) we had more than enough space, the outside fenced in area was nice in the morning and I was able to workout out there. The room was clean and smelled very clean when we first walked in. Our room was serviced super quickly daily, which is always important to me. I like coming back from morning activities to a clean room... which I always did. Our family was staying at the other building and we walked from our building to theirs daily and used the other pool with them. Location was great. We were able to walk to several things to keep the boys busy and the roads were generally safe.
Disliked: Many things are in need of repair. The grills are broken and need to be fixed. it's nice being able to grill burgers and hot dogs for lunch for the kids and not have to just have cold lunches or sandwiches. Our microwave handle was broken. The hot tub in our building was broken the entire time we were there. Our TV had a digital stripe running through the center of it, someone likely hit it with something. I wish there was a walking path between the two buildings, one either has to walk down the stairs across the beach and up the stairs or walk on the street. A path connecting the two would be nice.

Liked: The location was excellent. Right on the beach.
Disliked: It was a bit run down and the door was challenging to work. The washroom also had a strong urine odor. We also had loud neighbors who were drinking outside until midnight- the walls were thin so we could hear them.
