Really good!!

Liked: Breakfast was really good! And the hotel facilities were great too. Everything was really cleaned and organised. Staff is very friendly, and you feel safe at the hotel. They even offer coffee/teas (machine) near the rooms upstairs. There’s hairdryer and irons (including iron boards) available to use.
Disliked: Shower could have an adjustable shower head as it’s easier with little ones. But that could be my fault, I’m unsure if this was available on other rooms.

Overall it was good experience....

Liked: I liked the stay. Lift were bit annoying it was loud. Scan the key card every time was not great either.

Great stay! Would stay here...

Liked: Great location - 2 min walk to the tube. Room was great - clean & comfortable beds.
Disliked: Can't think of anything - would stay here again.

Excellent stay

Liked: Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Room was lovely and really clean. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from Aldgate East tube station. Would definitely stay again. We got an excellent deal for London. Also liked that if you didn’t have your room cleaned daily you got a free drinks voucher.
Disliked: Nothing
