Bad guest management!

Liked: It’s a nice hotel sometimes reasonably priced.
Disliked: Very deceptive the way they advertise the eco rate. I had two options when booking the room - 1 was eco rate (no housekeeping) 2 the other was a normal rate. How ever they stated that even the normal rate as it was a discounted rate on booking dot com it still doesn’t get house keeping. Even though it’s more expensive than the eco rate. When I asked what the difference is more as in why is one more expensive than the other the guy shrugged and told me there was nothing he could do about it and in future I should read my emails. So house keeping didn’t come - didn’t change the towels and when I asked could I at least change the towels I was given beach towels. Pretty disappointed as I’ve stayed there a number of times but won’t be staying there again. Due to the deceptive way they promote their rooms, try and force you to book direct and poor customer service.

A spacious, comfy room with...

Liked: The room was very spacious and comforting with a lovely flat screen TV and free water from the fridges. It was also nice to have access to pool areas and restaurants nearby.
Disliked: A bin or two by the walkways.
