Liked: The staff are very nice and accomodating. They try their best. The place is always clean and tidy. I think they can be more transparent about their rates but on the whole it’s a decent economy hotel for Broome. And the reception always friendly and try and do the best for you they can.

Disappointing facilities and communication. Comfortable...

Liked: It wasn’t until we reached the hotel we were told no food or beverage on site was operational and the main pool wasn’t open. A shuttle was offered to sister hotel but due to work commitments at the hotel at that time, I wasn’t able to use this and was unable to purchase any food or drink. Other people from town were coming down and also unaware of the close. Small pool was open but heated and big enough to cater to all guests so very crowded. Room was lovely and spacious and location was good. With working facilities it would be great but I was very disappointed by lack of communication and no compensation was offered, even when I spoke to staff. I wouldn’t stay again based on customer service.
