The food was very nasty; the bed mattress needs to be replaced - the springs were bad in the back. There was a 3 inch streak of bug guts on the ceiling. The room smelled.

Liked: The room size was great for my family. Check in staff member was very accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: The heat didn't go all through the room, granted it was freezing temps outside, the room side was still very cold. The heating vent sounded like it was going to blow up. Water in shower was barely warm. No valet with roads being icy and snowing. Didn't trust the parking garage too much.
