Great hotel

Liked: The hotel was excellent, the room was comfortable, spacious, and very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: The restaurant service for Sunday lunch was disappointing. Service was very slow, food had to be sent back as it was cold, and they also got the order wrong. We did receive a discount but I would rather have paid full price and not have experienced any problems.

Liked: Beautiful rooms and leisure live the outside hot jacuzzi’s
Disliked: Loved the property but there were lots of areas that had cob webs around fittings and lights in restaurant and corridors only a small thing but noticeable

Had a relaxing time with...

Liked: The staff were great in the hotel. The ground are amazing with walks within the estate.
Disliked: The veg menu is limited. There is not much relaxing areas as they are mainly for eating.

Fabulous!

Liked: It's just fabulous. We love this place. The rooms are wonderful and perfect for dogs because you can let them out on the lead straight out of the ground floor garden door! The staff are fabulous, the facilities are fabulous we love love love this place!
Disliked: The menues in the restaurants let them down . To much pup style stuff nor enough variety for supper but breakfast is fantastic
