Very good

Liked: Location was great. The Bay and beach were right in the backdoor of the hotel.
Disliked: Lobby was beautifully updated but the rooms were old and musty. The TV was so old that we couldn't stream. The bathroom door didn't close and the shower didn't feel very clean. The glass surround had soap scum build up.

It was good

Liked: Space, clean pool, easy access to the beach. Perfect ocean view.
Disliked: Staff not friendly they are not motivated, they are like in a bad mood all the time. Room needs some extra cleaning and the paint needs attention same as glass windows.

I really enjoyed my vacation....

Liked: Great location can walk downtown Condado Beachfront Ocean view access to beach, saltwater pool and a swim up bar
Disliked: The rooms could be updated.
