Liked: Close to Mall and restaurants and generally a clean place
Disliked: No refrigerator

Liked: The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the check in staff were very helpful and attentive. Will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The valet service was a bit sub par. Attendant caused my girlfriend and I to miss our reservation due to him not knowing how to start our car. We explained to the staff at valet that if the key transmitter isn't pressed twice the car won't start.. Attendant made me walk with him to prove to him the fact since he claimed to have done so and the car still didn't start. I pressed the button twice, got in and the car started right up. I, then had to pull my vehicle out on my own, as he had already walked away.

Disliked: Very bad customer service!They charged me for an upgrade room without letting me know, and I didn’t even ask for that they just took the money from my card. The room was not clean.
