Exceptional
Liked: Outstanding customer service and a great value. The room was huge and had all the amenities needed I highly recommend Commerce Casino hotel

Liked: We appreciated the free parking and the $20 credit.
Disliked: Didn’t have a fridge in the room. Before we checked in, we dined at bubba gump in Santa Monica and had some food to go but we ended up throwing them away which was a bummer. Also, front desk said room service is 24 hours but before heading to our flight back home, around 4am, we had a hard time getting in touch with someone from the kitchen. Called the extension and also had the front desk transfer me to the kitchen several times but no answer. When someone finally answered, they said to call back again later because something wasn’t working.

Relaxing and fun
Liked: The staff was very friendly and the room was very quiet and comfortable access to the immensities that were present made it very simple. It was very easy to check out. The food was good and the staff was accommodating.
