Nice hotel; good value considering exorbitant costs of nearby hotels. Excellent staff.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff.

Very poor

Disliked: Walls are paper thin. If someone sneezes in next room it wakes you up. Connecting doors make it even worse. During day time there were construction works in hotel. Did not help with our jet lag. We asked for pack and play in advance, was confirmed but did not wait for us. Coming in late at night with kids, not cool. Paid 35$ resort fee per night (that was not mentioned on booking page) but pool is closed. Felt like a fool. Overall you most definitely do not get what you pay at this place.

Great hotel but rude and...

Liked: Amazing hotel apart from the ridiculously racist front of house staff.Incident 1:At first he profiled my colleague and didn’t let him check in. When I walked in with some fancier bags literally 2 hours later no such excuse was given to me that check in is at 4 pm and I was promptly checked in by 2 pm. We were told nothing about the amenities while some of the other guests were given cards and a bunch of details. Ok not a big deal.Incident 2:As I’m going for breakfast on my last morning I mention to the front desk that I might go 10-15 min over the 11 am checkout time. The front desk insisted that the hotel is fully booked out and that I must check out at 11 am (I immediately pulled up booking.com and there were plenty of rooms available for the same day booking start..where I come from the punishment for lying is pretty darn severe but in any case).. I ended up ignoring their silly behaviors and instead checked out by 11.20ish with little to no hassle.Management should train these racist and frankly ridiculous front of house staff!! Caucasians aren’t the only people who can afford to stay in $500 / night hotels yea..PS: I left the same review on Google reviews too

Unless you like the smell...

Liked: There were people smoking marijuana on our floor and that’s all we could smell. We reported it but nothing much happened. I also got charged in an extra $70 for pay parking when I actually paid $70 for the paid parking down in the garage. It’s a rip off you guys should be ashamed of yourself and I’m gonna let everybody know what kind of establishment you run.
