Disliked: Floor in room felt uneven. A little on the expensive side for what it is.

You pay a high price...

Liked: Conveniently located next to shops like Coles.
Disliked: The receptionist took a phone call while checking us in and booked an entire reservation while we were waiting. In the end she hung up on that person on the phone without saying bye. Not the best experience. The hotel looks like it used to be amazing. Now it's a bit run down and needs renovations. The flooring on our whole floor, outside as well in the room, is uneven and feels like there are pieces of tiles that are just covered with carpet.The room was clean but it didn't feel clean, the carpets are dark and old. The bathroom was clean but had a rusty shower.

Liked: Didn't have breakfast
Disliked: The room sounded like it was much better than it turned out to be. Instead of a king size bed there were two double beds in the room. Although staff apologised for this given the hotel was quite full, it doesn't really compensate.

Liked: Rooms were lovely, beds very comfortable, meals were fantastic.
Disliked: I was looking forward to using the Coffee machine in the morning but it was just cold water.
