Christmas weekend break

Liked: Location in Dublin was amazing. Hotel was beautiful and the room was very comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was not warm which was unfortunate as everything else was lovely.

Disappointing

Liked: Was very nice to look at and Christmas decorations was lovely
Disliked: They had over packed the bars… was charged wrong 2 times. They had an event in another bar in the middle below all the rooms. So much noise late at night. Air conditioning kept cutting in an out. Phone like to reception didn’t work. No water in the room/ mini fridge.

Exceptional experience at this exceptional...

Liked: Loved the spacious suite with beautiful signature tea in fine China each day. So clean and just a magnificent looking hotel. Restaurant for dinner was an amazing experience with such pleasant staff engaging with us many times. Everything was exceptional. The concierge manager couldn’t do enough for us and so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing I can think of
