Liked: Everything , location spot on , food excellent , best steak and ale pie I have ever had . Comfy bed .. just perfect, can't wait to go back .
Disliked: Nothing I didn't like .. One criticism was the room a tad small ..

Liked: We have been coming to the Coledale for several years and it never disappoints. The staff work so hard, the building ambience is a mixture or modern/traditional country pub, the rooms at the front of the building having amazing views and are clean and comfortable, the cooked breakfast is one of the best I have had, everything is just fantastic.

Liked: Lovely location. Clean tidy room.However, we had an issue with the staff, one of whom lied to us with regards to dealing with a complaint.The young staff need training in correct customer care, they work in a service industry and that training is essential for the business to be successful and to get customers to return and tell their friends about the experience. You know what we will tell our friends and it won't be good for business.
