Sweet staff. Perfect for traveling...

Liked: Free chargers was nice.
Disliked: TV did not work. AC was way too loud.

We had a great stay!

Liked: The room was big and comfortable and the swimming pool was amazing during the hot weather!
Disliked: It was a bit difficult to find the staff (check in and check out), because the bar where you should go was mostly closed. But otherwise great!

Issues aside, I got a...

Liked: I was greeted by Cassie, who was very welcoming, friendly and informative. I was tempted to go down to the bar (which looks really nice) but I was way too tired. I really liked the bed, linens and pillows.
Disliked: While the bathroom was clean, there were a few things that had not been tidied from the previous guest stay. The shower head squealed while on. The tv didn't work. The thing is disliked most was after I booked and paid for my stay online, I was prompted to do another third-party online process that included sharing my pertinent information, including credit card number, address, and even a photo of my ID (I nearly canceled my booking because I felt that was way too much information to be asked for, especially by a rogue third-party company I've never heard of) AFTER I had already booked the room.

Liked: Clean and quiet. Very spacious room. Love the bath tub!!’
Disliked: Parking lot could be better labeled and lit more on both sides of the building.

Excellent

Liked: Really tastefully refurbished property nice rooms and comfy bed well located for going to Palm Springs
Disliked: Only minor point would be daily refill for the coffee machine in the room. Sure I could have asked but there for four nights and only two pods for a couple. As no breakfast on offer the complimentary pods should be refilled. That though is a really minor point on what was an excellent stay!

Liked: It’s such a beautiful property and the rooms are exquisite. Laura was absolutely amazing helping me get checked in and Aubrie was super friendly and very professional. I appreciate both of them very much!
Disliked: The only thing I really wasn’t happy about was the air conditioner. It was super loud making it difficult to sleep but everything else was 10 stars out of 5!

Wish we could have stayed...

Liked: We loved our stay at The Cole. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were so kind and welcoming. Easy check in online and passcodes for gates and room emailed over. Air con working well in our room and fast WiFi. Pool area clean and peaceful. The hotel in a really good and quiet location, within walking distance of restaurants and grocery shop. Gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains.
