Liked: Location was excellent, only 5 minutes walk from the top of the Spanish steps.
Disliked: The room was very basic. Bathroom quite small with practically no counter top at the sink. Shower was quite dirty looking. Base was black as was the shower door.Ham at breakfast on our first morning was sour, indicating to me that it was not safe to eat. Waitress at breakfast was very much in our faces. Would not stop talking! A low discreet presence is all that is required. Our last morning she was rude to us. We had to go to the breakfast room 5 minutes early as our flight was very early and we were rushing. She rudely corrected us and even showed us the time on her phone to make her point! I was having none of that as the breakfast was included in our rate and it was our only opportunity to eat before heading to the airport. Not impressed with her at all.The room was for 3 people and each day we had to request towels as housekeeping never left enough for the 3rd person, also toilet paper was not left on one day! On the plus side, once we contacted reception, these items were immediately dispatched to our room. After a long day walking around in Rime, it would have been nice to have had a cup of coffee/tea in our room but there was no tea making facility provided. Nor was there any pastries/biscuits/ cake to eat when we went to the bar for our coffee! Disappointing in how basic the service was! However! 10/10 for location.

Liked: Location of the hotel is good - very close to the Spanish steps. Staff was welcoming, everything was fine with that.
Disliked: There was a very bad smell in the room that came from the air conditioner, the unit itself had to be covered with towels and the windows had to be kept open all the time. We started to disassemble the extra bed for sleeping and someone's slipper was found there)) the hotel employee started to move the furniture and there was horror under the furniture ))

I would not recommend this...
