Liked: Clean room, comfortable beds, vibey lobby, clean heated pool during the winter season, clean hot tub, and you can control the temperature in the roomThe coachman gave me a room on the first floor for my elderly parents and accommodated my request to check in slightly early. That was one of the kindest gestures ever, thank you!! I will try to come back.

Cozy, convenient, and really warm...

Liked: Really nice property and nice setup with a great room that serves as the lobby, bar, cafe, and perfect area to hangout. Really loved the outdoor space, pool, hot tub, and fire pit!
Disliked: It was just what we needed for a ski weekend in Tahoe.

Liked: Had a fantastic stay here over the weekend! Everything in this hotel was great, but what truly made the experience special was the hospitality of their staff. Rosa and Juan went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm - huge thanks to them both! Looking forward to coming back.

Liked: Location location LOCATION! The ambiance of the lobby and fire pit area was super cute and relaxing too! Comfortable & what we were needing for our trip. Huge plus that it was pet-friendly!!

Disliked: Our premium room was on the second floor with no elevator and we had an older family member with knee replacements. Was not disclosed on listing that was on second floor with two flights of stairs.
