Great place to stay, amazing...

Liked: The little extra touches in the room, the Cookies were an amazing touch.Great Breakfast and everything we needed.
Disliked: TV in a difficult place to view, would have been good to be able to pull and angle towards the bed.

Liked: We had personal service from Beverly who made us very welcome.The hotel was situated perfectly in the centre of Melbourne.The hotel was clean and comfortable with a fab breakfast - all we were looking for with a ons night stay

Outstanding all round

Liked: Everything was excellent from the very friendly welcome, nice atmosphere,, clean and well supplied room, very comfortable bed and the breakfast. I travelled for business, but would certainly go back for leisure.
Disliked: Nothing....You would have to try very hard to find fault as it seems everything has been thought of..

Comfortable and great value!

Liked: Very friendly and accommodating host. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Good hot drink selection with biscuits. Delicious breakfast cooked to perfection. Nearby shops and restaurants.
Disliked: The on-site parking is quite limited, but free overnight street parking available.

Disliked: Steep stairs although wasn’t a problem for me. Getting in and out of car park a tad nerve wracking but was helped
