Liked: The location was very good. The continental breakfast was OK. The cooked breakfast was poor quality and my husband didn't want it for the second day.
Disliked: The turkey bacon was terrible and in his opinion the eggs were of poor quality as was the sausage.

Disapointing- wouldnt stay again unfortunately.

Liked: Decor in need of a lot of TLC. The awful smell of sewage, confusion on signage of what was included in breakfast...not worth the £10 (having to pay on arrival even though on booking it was included), Bedding smelling musty, Cameras everywhere was a little unnerving felt more like a cheap motel.Although lady who welcomed us was friendly enough.

Liked: Difficult to to contact. Just a voicemail when one telephoned and messages in response were automated emails, which I could not access. Staff did not attempt to return the calls I left on the voicemail, so the voicemail was pretty useless.
Disliked: See above.Also I had to pay a £10.00 fee to check in after 21:00, which again suggested the hotel was struggling with customer service. There was actually an extra fee for breakfast, too.
