Comfortable room, convenient location, helpful...

Liked: The convenience of accessing Bristol and the local area. The property itself was well laid out and bedroom/en-suite a good size.
Disliked: The down side was that the sign for the property is not visible from one direction approach. However, I rang for advice and the directions I received were really helpful!

A great little hotel for...

Liked: A friendly welcome from Isobel and a bonus was having a 'courtyard' room allocated to me rather than upstairs in the main house which, when you have pets is a huge bonus as I had direct access to a small garden. Also nice and quiet. Also location great for getting into Bristol centre within 10 mins by car.
Disliked: Nothing to not like :)

Liked: Good location and good car park. Provided a cot and bed guard.
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable we didn’t actually end up staying for the two nights it was so bad. Carpets and walls in communal areas not clean.Bathroom had a cheap shower curtain and mould on shower head.Rubbish bags and laundry in doorway when we arrived. Cooked breakfast inedible.Not value for money.

Liked: Breakfast and the service provided at breakfast. Recommendation for dinner was excellent- White horse. The check out very easy.
Disliked: Cleanliness of the bathroom The pull cord needed replacing as the cord was dirty. The shower needed cleaning better around the edge was dirty As we were in a room we needed somewhere to sit and read when one of us was having an early night, however the chairs in the entrance did not look very clean.
