Liked: We really liked the setting, the decor, and the claw tub. It is also good location for being close to the main area of Portland
Disliked: That we couldn't open a window to cool the room of and the fan unit wouldn't let us turn it down lower than 67°. We sweated at night to where it was uncomfortable to cuddle up to each other and watch tv.

Liked: When I booked the room I was leery that I was making the right choice and instantly thought I would regret not booking a non- refundable room. I was immediately grateful that I was unable to switch hotels upon arrival. I was pleasantly surprised with the location, decor, size of room, and comfort within the entire building from my room to the front lobby.
Disliked: The only way the stay could have been better, is if breakfast were somehow available.

Liked: I like the location. It was right in the center of downtown & everything was walking distance.
Disliked: The air conditioning didn’t work, it was really hot in the room & we also couldn’t put the window down. I would wake up sweaty because it would stay hot in the room.

Simple Clean Hotel

Liked: The hotel has a very central location with most downtown location being in walking distance for me. Self-Check-In/Out worked flawlessly, staff was excellent and luggage storage was also available. Breakfast was basic but one can not complain.
Disliked: Room was quite musty which was not to a point that it bothered you all the time but every time you came into the room it was very noticable.
