Perfect stay in a lovely...

Liked: The staff were first class. Barbara welcomed us with a glass of Prosecco and was really lovely. The honesty bar was a lovely touch. Room was spacious and had everything you needed, the best mini bar I have ever seen.
Disliked: We would have liked to lie down at the spa and maybe read a magazine or get some fresh juice. The 4 beds were occupied with old towels and untidy.

Great location but didn’t feel...

Liked: Central location
Disliked: Quality of the spa area, poor offering, looked dirty and after booking spa treatments for my daughter they were cancelled the following day as she has to be over 16, not informed at the time of booking. Manager was apologetic but spoilt break. Mini bar locked entire stay, unsure why. Bags left in entrance hall, no lockable room when checking out, advised island is safe however in room sign says if you don’t use safe, hotel is not responsible for items that go missing, a bit of a contradiction.

Liked: Lovely welcoming staff. Bohemia restaurant is amazing - both the Michelin star side and the bar side. The suite was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Will be back soon.

Adequate.

Liked: Everything was adequate but the check out procedure was overly complicated. The bed duvet was very lumpy - just a disappointing experience. We dined in the hotels Michelin Star Bohemia restaurant - it was expensive for what it was, with a menu lacking choice.
Disliked: First night we dined in the hotels Michelin Star Bohemia restaurant. Second day we walked to St Aubin and the Salty Dog. I'm afraid to say the Salty Dog offered a better menu at a much lower price, the food was fabulous and the staff very efficient. I am disappointed I have to leave a negative review but that's the way it is.
